1 -: Requirement for S.M.T Department.
Position-: Assistant Engineer
Education: Diploma/B.Tech(Electronics/Electricals/Mechanical/IE)
1.Having professional experience of 5S Kaizen, Daily Management & Process Improvement & TPM System
2.Having Knowledge of continous improvement tools & techniques
3.Having knowledge of problem Solving tools & global lean techniques
4.Have skills to monitor the key indices of Lean & its KPIs
5.Should monitor the improvement & activity status on Production Lines & Audit the Standards
6.Should be able to trained the operators for lean methodologies
7.Should conduct the brainstorming sessions on shop floor

Good Communication Skills ,Good Analytical & Quantative skills, Should be expert In MS Office

2 -Requirement for Female Positon -: Training coordinator in production department.
Qualification – Diploma/ B.tech
Experience. – 1-4years

JOB DISCRIPTION

1. Communication with the mangers to identify the training needs .
2. Mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
3. Conduct new hire orientation on site SOPs Quality management systems.
4. Review OJT form of completeness and accuracy .
5. Prepare reports/presentation for site training completion.
   6.Require good communication skills

• New product process introduction

• In order to ensure that the company’s new products can smoothly enter the mass production, to participate in the review of new product projects, to evaluate the manufacturability of the new products and to propose improvement suggestions, to plan the resources required for production, and to ensure that the new product introduction process is smooth and reasonable;
  • SOP production and management
  -In order to ensure the production has a clear process guidance, to output accurate process documents timely, and to summarize the problems in production to form a standard
  • Productivity improvement
• In order to reduce labor costs, to analyze and improve the process to increase the production capacity of the product and reduce the per device labor cost of the product;
  • Production site and process improvement
• In order to make the logistics on the production site smoother, to make the layout more reasonable, to make operation more convenient, and use the IE method to improve the production site and process
  • Production line and exception handling
  -In order to ensure the correctness of the production line operation method, the production line operation is to be guided, and the organization IE will timely and effectively check and improve the process abnormality occurring;
