1.Having professional experience of 5S Kaizen, Daily Management & Process Improvement & TPM System
2.Having Knowledge of continous improvement tools & techniques
3.Having knowledge of problem Solving tools & global lean techniques
4.Have skills to monitor the key indices of Lean & its KPIs
5.Should monitor the improvement & activity status on Production Lines & Audit the Standards
6.Should be able to trained the operators for lean methodologies
7.Should conduct the brainstorming sessions on shop floor

Good Communication Skills ,Good Analytical & Quantative skills, Should be expert In MS Office
