   Job Responsibilities –
2. Import of new automation equipment.
3. Production line equipment problem solving.
4. Maintenance of automated equipment, including daily inspection, maintenance.
5. Equipment improvement and difficult problem solving
6. DC Servo Motor..
7. Servo Drive
8. PLC Error Trouble Shoooting
9. Sensor Troubleshooting and basic knowledge of electricals.
10. Must aware about Motion Card or Motion Drive Card.
11. Must aware about TPM , 4M Analysis , 5W 2H , 8D analysis.
12. Must aware about Reporting skill for Machine breakdown and machine Improvements
    2. Department – SPE
    Designation:- Assistant Engineer- SPE
    Qualifications- B.tech (Mechanical & Automobile)
    Experience. – 1-3 Years

13. Manufacturing process first pass yield control and improve;
14. Treatment of manufacturing process and prevention of
    re-occurrence;
15. Guarantee production quality and production smoothly.

    Job Responsibilities
16. Collect EVT, DVT and PVT data from China and study it and make arrangements in advance, NPI build checklist, kick off meeting, NPI build plan and Quality rate
17. Line readiness, Material readiness, Arrange Stencil Gerber, schematic Diagram, Wiring Diagram, RF route diagram, stencils, jigs, fixtures in advance.
18. Primary responsibility is conducting routine analyses and tests of various components of a quality control program.
19. Under direct supervision conduct analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products to ensure conformity to specifications in a manufacturing environment.
20. Stencil design and modification, awareness for SMT Reflow soldering techniques, defects and process.
21. Participate and lead in Process improvement and new process development.
